  5.   What is a site license?  A site license is an inexpensive way for more than
  6. one person to legally use one copy of a program on more than one computer at
  7. a time.  Site licenses are designed for companies, offices, work groups, or
  8. clubs where more than one person in the organization needs to use a product,
  9. but does not need additional manuals or disks.  Site licensing enables clubs,
  10. companies, departments, agencies, and others to equip their personnel with the
  11. tools they need at a minimal cost.  Here's the gist of how it works.  The
  12. company or organization purchasing a site license (the licensee) provides a
  13. single point of contact for shipping, technical support, and upgrades.
  14. Watkins Enterprises (the licenser) provides a "golden master" of the diskettes
  15. along with any other related material.

  17.   The following chart gives you a breakdown of the cost of site licensing and
  18. how much you save per site licensed.  The more copies you license, the more
  19. you save.

  37. Program(s) you choose.  Licensee may make additional copies, up to the number
  38. of copies licensed.  Watkins Enterprises can supply multiple copies of the
  39. distribution diskettes at an additional cost of $5.00 per copy.  Watkins
  40. Enterprises can also supply multiple copies of the printed documentation at an
  41. additional cost of $10.00 per copy.

  43.   The data file options and The Quote Tracker may be shared and do not require
  44. site licensing.  The price for these products are as listed and you may make as
  45. many copies of them as you have site licences of The Tracker Programs.  In
  46. other words, if you purchase 30 copies of The Wall Street Tracker and/or any
  47. data file option and/or The Quote Tracker, the data files and The Quote Tracker
  48. may be shared with all 30 licensed copies of The Wall Street Tracker.

  50.   This document is the complete license agreement.  Simply print it, fill it
  51. out, have an officer of the organization sign it, enclose a check or money
  52. order for the correct amount, make a list of user names, and mail it to:
